Transportation to and from school is provided by the Voluntary Interdistrict Choice Corporation (VICC). The phone number for the transportation staff is 314.721.8657.

Bus cards with the pick-up/drop-off location, time and name of the transporter will be mailed to transfer families about two weeks before school begins. If you do not receive your card by one week before the start of school, contact the principal at the school your child will be attending. Please do not call the Transportation Office.

During the school year, new cards will be mailed with every time change made to the bus/cab route, change of address/school or transporter.  This could occur quite often as students are added to or dropped from your route during the year. Please review each new card carefully and destroy all old cards.

Complaints or routing issues that should be directed to the VICC transportation staff include:

Overall routing issues or concerns

Pick-up or drop-off location concerns

On-going concerns with driver or contractor that could not be resolved by working directly with them

Requesting taxi or other alternative transportation service in the event your bus does not show.

If there is a transportation issue or problem that has not been resolved to your satisfaction by the transportation division, you may appeal the matter in writing to:
VICC
Attn: CEO
7425 Forsyth Blvd., Suite 110
St. Louis, MO 63105

You will receive a written response within 10 days.
